How We Work

Krause Global acts as an intermediary. We connect buyers and sellers, and we carry the responsibility that comes with it.

In this market, offers circulate faster than the goods behind them. Proof of Funds and Proof of Product documents are passed between parties who have never verified their origin, and chains of intermediaries form around allocations that do not exist. We have encountered such structures on the buyer side as well as on the seller side.

We therefore do not confirm availability, allocation or delivery capability before the seller, the seller's authority to sell and the product documentation have been verified. We do not accept POF, POP or allocation documents without examination. We act only where the role of every party is established and the intermediary chain is limited and fully documented.

This takes time at the start of a transaction. It is what allows one to be completed.

  6. Type of representation / legal representative / power of attorney
  7. Shareholders / Stockholders ≥ 15 % (name & share %)
  8. Group structure (parent company / ultimate owner & country)
  9. Names of natural persons who are beneficial owners
  10. Estimated transaction volume (total / monthly / annual)

Disclosure Sequence

Serial numbers, nameplate photographs, proof of title, exact location, detailed technical documentation and inspection arrangements are released after qualification. Availability, product allocation and delivery capability are confirmed only after a specific seller, that seller's authority to sell and the relevant product documentation have been verified.
